Essential packing slip fields
Identify the sender and ship-to recipient, including the full delivery address and contact. The supplied preview shows the sender but no explicit ship-to block; add one to your own operational document.
- Unique shipment number and linked sales order.
- Dispatch date and clearly labeled estimated delivery date.
- SKU, item description, size or color and quantity with units.
- Carton or package identifiers and a reconciled total package count.
- Carrier, service, actual tracking reference and weight with units.
- Prepared-by and checked-by names where your process uses them.
Separate product variants for accurate checking
The sample combines sizes M and L in a 40-piece row, with 20 + 20 in the description. For a pick-and-pack workflow, separate size S, M and L into their own rows so each quantity can be checked independently. Add a carton map if a variant is spread across packages.
Replace sample details before dispatch
Check the recipient address, shipment date, tracking number and physical package count. Remove the sample signature and generate a QR code only after confirming the intended link. A printed packing slip should describe what is actually leaving the warehouse.

The fourth carton is unexplained. Reconcile the actual package count and contents before copying this format. The packed-and-checked signature, carrier service, tracking reference and QR code are sample details; they do not verify a real delivery.
