The story so far

My Inventory Items was founded in 2021 by a team of entrepreneurs who had experienced firsthand the pain of managing inventory with spreadsheets and outdated software. We saw thousands of retail stores, pharmacies, and warehouses struggling with the same problems — inaccurate stock counts, stockouts, wasteful over-ordering, and hours lost to manual data entry.

We set out to build a cloud-based inventory management system that combined the power of enterprise software with the simplicity and affordability that small and medium businesses need. We built specifically for Indian businesses — with GST invoicing, compliance, and regional needs built in from day one.
