1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using My Inventory Items ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by My Inventory Items and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Inventory Items shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
