Padala slip: are you sending goods or money?
If you are sending goods, a packing or delivery slip records the items in your dispatch. If you are sending money, use the remittance provider’s own form and transaction receipt. Start with the type of transaction before choosing a template.

Sending goods
List the sender, recipient, destination, dispatch reference and actual packed quantities. Include package identifiers when goods span several cartons.

Sending money
Use an official provider form. Palawan’s guidance describes a Send Money form with sender and receiver details, the amount, relationship and purpose. LBC’s remittance guidance explains where to find the transaction tracking number on its receipt.
Keep the actual provider-issued receipt. Confirm missing references or transaction status with that provider.

A business payment receipt records an actual payment to a business; it does not replace a money-transfer provider’s receipt.
Goods slip example: dispatch only what is packed
Illustrative order: 80 pieces ordered, 20 sent earlier and 50 packed today. Today’s slip lists 50 pieces. The remaining balance is 80 − 20 − 50 = 10 pieces. Give today’s dispatch its own slip number and retain the original order reference.

Padala slip questions
What is a padala slip?
The phrase can refer to a slip for goods being sent or to paperwork for a money transfer. First check whether the transaction is a parcel dispatch or a remittance. They require different records.
Can I make a padala slip for goods here?
Yes. The free packing slip generator creates a plain goods dispatch document with sender, recipient, order reference, item quantities and package count. You can print it or use your browser’s Save as PDF option. It does not book a shipment or issue a courier waybill.
Can I generate a Palawan, LBC or Smart Padala receipt?
This site does not issue provider receipts, money-transfer codes or payout confirmations. Use the chosen provider’s official service or authorized branch. A document you type yourself does not confirm that money was sent or received.
Is a packing slip proof of payment or delivery?
A packing slip lists the goods in a dispatch. Retain the actual payment record separately. Record recipient acknowledgment and carrier delivery evidence separately from the sender’s packing check.
