How to prepare the slip
- Enter a unique slip number, original order reference, dispatch date and sender and recipient details.
- Add the actual packed quantities with units. Keep sizes and variants on separate rows.
- Count physical packages. Shared carton IDs can appear in several item rows; do not add those repeated IDs as extra cartons.
- Check the live preview, replace any example data, then print or save as PDF.
Worked example: two cartons, 50 pieces
The Load example button fills a clearly labeled sample dispatch: 30 medium T-shirts in carton 1 and 20 large T-shirts in carton 2. That is 50 pieces in two physical packages. An 80-piece order with 20 pieces shipped earlier leaves 10 pieces after this dispatch. Examples are illustrative.
Quantities in different units are intentionally not combined into a single item total. Use the shipment quantity checker for each SKU and unit before printing.
Packing slip questions
Can I save my packing slip as a PDF?
Yes. Complete the dispatch details and item rows, select Print / Save as PDF, then choose Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog. The printed document includes the packing slip rather than the page editor.
Is this an official courier or money padala slip?
It is a plain goods packing slip for your own dispatch records. It does not create a courier booking, waybill, money-transfer reference or provider receipt. Obtain those records from the relevant service provider.
Can I use it for a partial shipment?
Yes. List only the quantity in this dispatch, keep the original order reference and assign a separate slip number. Record earlier shipments and the remaining balance separately so ordered quantities are not mistaken for packed quantities.
Does the tool save or send my dispatch details?
The editor keeps its fields in browser memory for this page. It does not upload the fields, save them to an account or email the slip. Reloading clears the entries; save or print the document before leaving.
